Nurse who objected to 'rushing patients' settles case

Linda Boly, who was fired from her nursing job at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in 2013, won a $3.1 million jury award in 2015 after she sued claiming she was fired for objecting to cost-cutting measures that jeopardized patients. Legacy appealed, and now, Boly has agreed to an undisclosed settlement to put an end to her lawsuit.
